Abstract The Paper focuses on the design of a series and parallel vertical axis highway windmill(VAHW)l. In this VAHW blade and generator designed with the help of MATLAB.  The  strong PVC used as a construction material. The aerodynamic analysis is performed implementing a momentum based model on a mathematical computer program.  A four bladed wind mill is proposed as candidate for further prototype testing after evaluating the effect of several parameters in turbine efficiency, torque and acceleration. The results obtained indicate that PVC is a suitable material for blade construction. In order to optimize the manufacturing process and achieve repeatable results,variables such as heating time and material alignment had to be controlled. The merging two or more VAHW through electronic circuit. The Merging design explain via MATLAB simulation without loss of power efficiency. Wind energy is a form of non conventional energy and on highway it is available with high velocity due to high speed of heavy vehicle. Thus the source of ene rgy is very sufficient to run wind mill without add external cost and at negligible maintenance. So our main objective is to lighten up highways throughout to prevent accidents as well ease of driving in the night. All these project planned at minimum cost of product and almost zero cost of running and maintenance. Also we want to provide the electricity in remote area at where the consistency of electricity is not there.
