Abstract Nowadays the riveting is done by using hammer, punching tool and vise for placing the rivets in the brake shoe. We change this method by using pneumatic pressure consist of pneumatic cylinder with one way valve and pedal set. A fixed table provided to the brake shoe. It reduces the wastage of liner pad and rivets. Also rivets can be placed accurately without any damages. The maximum number of service stations having a compressor, so this project can be useful to all mechanics and riveting time will be reduced when compare to manual type riveting. The cost of pneumatic riveting machine is low and it is more efficient to the modern world.
