Abstract— It is well organized that the information technology has a profound effect on the way business is conducted, and the internet has become the largest market place in the world, where mining service ontology and mining service metadata schema is to solve the problem of service information discovery in an efficient manner. In this work combining SASF crawler with semi supervised ontology method. There is a problem with assigning the threshold value for the terms. In the previous approach particular threshold value will be assigned for each term. By using semi supervised ontology method it automatically discover threshold value in concept or term from the boundaries in concept metadata semantic algorithm. Combining these technologies of semantic focused crawling and ontology learning, whereby semantic focused crawling technology is used to solve the issues of heterogeneity, ubiquity and ambiguity of mining service information, and ontology learning technology is used to maintain the high performance of crawling in the uncontrolled Web environment.
