Abstract – In recent years, the technology has advanced whereas the waste generation has increased in exponential manner, to reduce the waste generation we have adopted additive way of manufacturing instead of subtracting the material from the work piece, The modified 3D printer , which has the new design to print parts faster and effectively which has been incorporated with plastic recycler to reduce the filament cost , it uses the plastic which is considered waste which can be recycled into a solid model . Our concern is over the strength of the solid which is rectified by using dual extruder which would combine the strength of the waste plastic with high quality plastic to sustain the solid strength.
