Abstract – The frames play a great role in human societies and thus much more attention is now being paid to hoarding frames than it was in the past. As hoarding frames are the only means of enhancing the advertisement on the highways more and more hoarding frames are installed now a days. The direction and height of frame along with the width is completely governed by the functional requirements of advertisement. The most ideal place for hoarding frames is on ground but in urban areas the availability of land which would be most ideal is extremely limited giving no alternative but to adopt rooftop hoarding frames with marginal adjustment in terms of position.
