Abstract – Performance management in construction industry helps the economic growth of nation and also improve the infrastructure development. Performance management is a continuous process of identifying, measuring and developing performance and objection to the organization’s overall missions and goals. Large construction organization implementing performance management models to improve business process, product and management of people to facilitate condition. Performance measurement is used as a systematic way of judging project performance by evaluating the inputs, outputs and the final project outcomes. However, very few companies systematically measure their performance in a holistic way. Performance management as a system for managing and integrating organizational and employee performance. Performance management is about directing and supporting employees to work as effectively and efficiently as possible in line with the needs of the organization.
