Abstract – Aggregate and Cement, which are the most important constituents used in concrete production, are the essential materials needed for the construction industry. This certainly led to a continuous and increasing demand of natural materials used for their production. The increasing amount of wastes is a concerning reality that has arisen the sustainability issues for the environment. The utilization of waste materials in concrete production is very much helpful to reach the goal of the sustainable construction. Therefore, this study intends to produce a sustainable and economic concrete using hypo sludge which is the paper industry waste and ceramic tile waste along with the conventional materials. First, cement was replaced partially by hypo sludge at 6%,12%,18% and 24% by weight of cement and optimum dosage was found out in terms of strength. Then, using that optimum dosage of hypo sludge in concrete coarse aggregate was replaced partially by ceramic tile waste at 10%,20%,30% and 40% by weight of coarse aggregate and optimum doasage was found out by analysing 3,7,14 and 28 days strengths. Cost analysis was also done to check whether the concrete is economical and it was compared with control mix.
